           4 x Camel 3:00-3:30 (B)
           Gilligan's Island
           6 x Strides aon P-12
           15 x PU, SU and Abs

Thursday-
           4 miles MKP
           6 x Strides

Friday-
          Seaside Invitational
          24 boys and 24 girls list will be posted on Coach Johnnie's Room

Saterday-
           10 miles TBD
